Two words for this place: Unexpectedly Yumm!
Who would expect such an authentic Korean dish to be served in Manali? Well, we wouldn’t but all of a sudden while we were roaming around hungry, we spotted this place and since it was to offer something new, we marched ahead where the owner welcomed us to the little cafe.
It was lit warm & cozy. He had put on an electric heater in the chilly month of January. He helped us with the menu and recommended a few things to have.
Finally, we ordered Kimchi Bokkeumbap with rice. It was very well made, with fermented oils and veggies, a running egg and chicken/egg was top on as per choice. It was surprisingly spicy yet tangy.
