Another gem on the streets of Old Manali, Himachal Pradesh. Their desserts are scrumptious, just pair them up with a hot chocolate and your day is made. It’s an open air river bank located, so you could hear water flowing on the pebbles and just woo you away.
Cafe evergreen has a friendly staff constantly smiling and greeting you with love. They serve the most amazing lamb burgers it seems since every next table of ours was ordering it. Sadly, we couldn’t try as the desserts made us pretty full and so were the crispy fries and manchow soup that evening. We repeated the pineapple cake on our journey back home and even took 2 to the parcel.
